When Human Left
What remains after humans have left? Deteriorated buildings, crumbling structures, nightmarish atmospheres as traces of our presence, sometimes long forgotten.
I have always been baffled by our need to leave a trace, even once we are gone and how we sometimes leave it to nature to cover it up, slowly absorbing what we have done to it.
Human is lazy to clean up. When I enter these spaces, I want to capture this laziness and contemplate the echo.
I also want to pay a tribute to the ability of plants to forgive us and nature to reassert itself by slowly covering our mistakes, our laziness, like a quiet, merciful deity.
